1. Eat Weight gaining Food Products -
Eating more food helps your body to develop muscles and will help you a lot in increasing weight. Veg and Non-veg food items highly affect your weight.


2. Eat Frequently
If you are underweight it is most likely that you have less appetite. You have to eat more frequently so your body should be able to generate more energy and will make you gain weight.

3. Exercise to stay in shape
After starting eating too much you need to stay in shape and should exercise so as you should become fit not fat.
Don't do too much exercise only do few exercises to maintain shape.

4. Don't drink anything before you eat
If you drink more before lunch/ dinner/ breakfast then you are likely to eat less because after drinking you will not starve that mush.

6. Get proper sleep
Sleeping properly help us to grow our muscle and ultimately helping us to increase our weight. An individual must at least take 7 - 8 hours of sleep.
